Again more statistics that show how bad the schools are in Kentucky and how stupid the general population is. Especially telling is the hundreds of thousands of Kentuckians in the graph showing how many are uneducated at even 8th grade or 12th grade levels. 786,000 Kentuckians under the age of 46 aren't proficient at math at graduation. No wonder Kentucky is broke.
